We operate with a founder-led core team across the UK, EU and USA, supported by a vetted international delivery network, giving clients the accountability of a UK agency with the technical depth of a global operation.
Day to day, we design and build custom software, automate processes with AI, develop web & mobile apps, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, always as one team, end to end, with no handoffs between vendors.

Founded in Dubai in 2017 after seeing the same problem repeat across business after business, companies investing in software built for someone else’s workflow, handed over broken, or abandoned the moment the invoice was paid. We started SDTechnologist to offer what the market was missing: honest scoping, real technical depth, and a team that stays accountable long after launch.

Sheikh Amin founded SDTechnologist in Dubai in 2017 after spotting a consistent gap, businesses underserved by agencies that prioritised winning contracts over delivering results. He leads strategy, client relationships and technical oversight, making sure every project is scoped honestly and delivered to the standard he built the company around. He’s based in the UK and works directly with clients across all four service areas.
Behind every project is a distributed team operating across the UK, EU, USA and internationally. Rather than keeping a fixed headcount regardless of demand, we work with a vetted network of senior specialists brought in for their specific expertise, so your project is built by people who are genuinely the right fit, not whoever happens to be free.
